Choosing a tour
How to start, what to tell your manager and how to compare offers.
?How do I request a tour selection from TripTech?
Share your departure city, approximate dates, traveler count and ages, budget and holiday preferences. A manager will check current options and compare the flight, baggage, transfer, room, meal plan and booking terms—not only the headline price.
?Can I book if I do not live in Almaty?
Yes. TripTech works remotely with travelers across Kazakhstan. Your home city and departure city may be different; provide both so the manager can consider your airport journey and the packages available from the selected departure point.
?What determines the tour price?
Price depends on dates, season, departure city, flight inventory, hotel category and occupancy, room and meal plan, transfer and the tour operator's settlement rate. Current price and availability must therefore be checked again immediately before booking.
?Which destinations can TripTech arrange?
Availability depends on season, flight programs and departure city. TripTech can help compare popular international destinations and holidays within Kazakhstan. Ask for a current list based on your exact dates.
Booking and payment
Price confirmation, contracts, payment, amendments and cancellation.
?How does the booking process work?
Once you choose an option, the manager rechecks price and availability and records the included services and important conditions. You review the contract and application details, make the agreed payment and the booking request is sent to the tour operator. Confirmation status is communicated separately.
?When is the tour price final?
The price is confirmed after a live check in the tour operator system and creation of the booking request on the agreed terms. A price from an advertisement, screenshot or earlier selection may change because inventory and settlement rates are dynamic.
?Which payment methods are available?
Available methods and the payment schedule depend on the specific booking and contract. Your manager will send the official payment details, amount and deadline. Do not transfer money to details that have not been confirmed through an official TripTech channel.
?Can I amend or cancel a booked tour?
The options depend on the contract, tour operator, airline and hotel rules, and the date of your request. Contact the manager as early as possible so they can request a calculation of any surcharge or actual cancellation costs before you decide.
Documents and departure
Contracts, tickets, vouchers, insurance and entry requirements.
?Which documents does a traveler receive?
The set depends on the package and usually includes the contract and booking details, tickets or itinerary receipts, accommodation and transfer vouchers, an insurance policy and travel notes. Your manager will explain the documents and help verify traveler details.
?When and where will my travel documents be available?
Timing depends on the tour operator and carrier. Documents are provided digitally through official TripTech channels and may also appear in the personal account or connected services. If departure is close, ask your manager for the latest status.
?Do I need a visa and how long must my passport be valid?
Requirements depend on citizenship, destination, itinerary and travel dates. Before paying, verify current rules with an embassy, consulate or other official authority. A manager can help you find guidance, but the border authority makes the final admission decision.
Support during the trip
What to do after a flight change, hotel issue or insured event.
?Can I contact TripTech while traveling?
Yes. Use your official manager chat or the support contacts stated in your documents and save them before departure. In an emergency, contact the local emergency service first, then the insurance assistance company, and keep your manager informed.
?What should I do if my flight is delayed or canceled?
Check the airline notification and airport information screens. Do not leave without understanding the next step. Contact the carrier or tour operator representative listed in your documents and send your booking number and flight details to the manager.
?What should I do about a hotel or insurance problem?
For check-in issues, contact the local representative or the number on your voucher and document the problem with photos and messages. For an insured event, call the assistance number in your policy before paying for services yourself and follow its instructions.
Personal account and bonuses
Trip access, Telegram notifications and the loyalty program.
?What is the traveler personal account for?
The account brings together available documents, statuses and service information connected to your trip. Features depend on the booking stage. Sign in only through the official TripTech website and never share an authorization code with anyone.
?How does the TripTech Telegram bot work?
The bot delivers service notifications and provides quick access to trip information and official contact channels. It complements the manager, but it does not replace emergency services, the airline, insurance assistance or the local operator.
?When are bonuses credited and how can I use them?
Bonuses are credited after the program conditions are met and the trip is completed. Timing, amount and redemption options follow the current bonus program rules. Before a new booking, the manager can verify your available balance and applicable restrictions.
